Focus on what you want more of and rest and relax with the practice of Yoga Nidra to effortlessly manifest it in your life! This time we have also the option to repeat the practice to deeply anchor the intention into your subconscious. That's why we are offering 2 dates, sign up for both and reinforce the message to the universe and to your body!

Yoga Nidra is the practice of Yogic Sleep, you will be guided through a meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation so that you can sow into your subconscious what you want to manifest in your life.

You will be guided though several stages:

First we will move the body with a gentle yoga practice to let go of our day and of what else may be on our mind, then we will sit and starts developing concentration, asking ourselves what we want from life and setting our intention (Sankalpa) for the practice.

Then we will lie down comfortably supported by blankets and bolsters so we can let go and relax and you will be guided to focus your awareness on your breath, sensations in the body and emotions observing these as a witness and welcoming what comes.

The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signalling the transition from activity to meditation while receive deep rest and restoration in this extremely healing practice. it is in this state that our subconscious will receive our intention and integrate it into our life.

After spending time in this super relaxing but active state we will be guided gently back to integrate the experience.

Anyone can practice yoga Nidra, no previous yoga or meditation experience is required. Although, like anything else, the benefits will be greater the more you practice. It is ideal for people who struggle with letting go in meditation and is beneficial for people with sleep deprivation, anxiety and depression.

Yoga Nidra releases negative emotions and thought patterns, calms the nervous system and develops your inner resource to meet any and all circumstances you may encounter in life. This leads you to a place of inner peace and clarity and ultimately help move you closer to your intention.
