Classes are structured to include a brief history of pole, warm-up, foundational moves, spins and tricks with a cool-down. Variations will be given for every ability and modifications to accommodate injuries.
1h or 1h30 bookings are available on Saturdays depending on instructor availability.

Group bookings for up to 8 people 1 hour for $200+tax 1.5 hours for $250+tax
