Paula Dube'
Paula has been involved in yoga for over 10 years. She is certified in YogaFit and has branched into other yoga styles over the years. She is a human resource consultant and has seen the benefits of yoga in reducing stress and anxiety in the work place.
The movements, breathing and peaceful Mindfulness of yoga provides all of us the ability to control our mental health. Paula has this in mind as she allows you to get in touch with your bodies abilities and to built strength, balance and tranquillity in your life.
Paula is looking forward to being apart of the community within Breathing Space Yoga Studio Tantallon.
