Join us for this program designed to help calm the mind through gentle movement, breathwork and mindfulness, offering you practical tools to cope with stress both on and off the mat
Learn how to use yoga to soothe the nervous system, release tension and build resilience, and leave each class feeling more grounded in the present moment.
Everyone welcome. This programs requires little to no prior experience in yoga – only a willingness to connect with yourself.
Available in Studio and Online. We have 2 options:

If you can't make the class time but would still like to benefit, we are now offering a recorded option! Sign up for RECORDED and you will receive the recording of the Monday class, available for you to practice with for a week.
