Caren Batchelor
Born in Mississauga, Ontario and moved around to many places in Canada, finally landing in St Margaret's Bay to settle down and raise a family. I have two young kids, one big husband and two giant fluffy pooches, all of which are the loves of my life.
I found pole in 2019, I didn't realize just how desperate I was for self-care, socializing and creativity. I started with the goal of trying something new and to get stronger. Little did I realize the impact it would have on so many other aspects of my life. Pole allowed me to fall in love with my body. With every practice, my body impressed me with what it could do.
Pole is inclusive, it is for any body and for everybody. It teaches you how to express yourself and to be patient and kind with yourself. It is a killer workout and will leave you beaming with pride.
I am so excited to help others fall in love with the art of pole and to fall in love with yourselves.
