
Connect to your breath and your body in a powerful way with this 4 weeks program.
We will learn about our felt sense and how to use the breath to establish an open channel with your body so that you can release tension, stress and trauma by simply being present.
We will became more aware of our breath, recognizing Spirit with us in each moment, using that awareness as an anchor when facing challenges in our life.
We will journey together using the Conscious Connected Breath (CCB) so that you can allow yourself to simply be, working with active acceptance, shifting your perception and welcoming all parts of you, coming home to yourself.
You will feel more peaceful as you let go of the struggle, the breath will remind you of this choice any time you will let it!
This is a progressive program so you will need to commit to the 4 weeks, each class builds on the previous.
