Barre Fitness is an upbeat, fabulous, fun and accessibly dancy way to get active in your body. Practice Barre with your baby! As we practice babies will confortably sit in their car seat or lie on a blanket and maybe help us with some moves too. This 45 minutes class is specifically adapted to the postnatal period and it's a little bit gentler than the regular Barre Fitness class.
Barre Fitness incorporates elements of Ballet, Basic Dance, Yoga, Resistance Body Weight Exercise, Cardio and Pilates and helps tone your muscles without increasing bulk and it improves your posture. The small isometric muscle movements during Barre build muscle strength without putting a strain on ligaments and tendons making it perfect for everyone.
