Improve your flexibility and mobility and get stronger while feeling calmer with our 4 weeks Restorative Mobility Fitness Program
This program is gentle but so effective and suitable to everyone! Ian will offer a mix of Pilates, Yoga and accessible fitness exercises to release tightness and create strength and flexibility.
While working on the whole body, we will focus on crucial points such as lower back, hips and shoulders. We will show you specific dynamic exercises and static poses that you can use every day to relax and release those tight places and create core stability. We will listen to your needs and offer multiple options for each pose or sequence.
The class comes with the added bonus of proper relaxation using the breath. Relaxation is movement coordinated with the breath and we will use the breath as an ally to go deeper into our movements and also learn simple breathing techniques such as ladder and box breathing that can be used into your day to day to focus and relax.
Join us each Thursday from 0900 to 1000 throughout April 2023 to learn a new way to develop strength, balance and agility. Your instructor Ian MacVicar is a Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy Certified Teacher with decades of coaching experience and he can offer a tailored approach to your needs.
