Yin yoga naturally lends itself to tuning in to your inner being, through the stillness of postures held for 3-5 minutes. During your yin practice, your awareness begins to tune in to the sensations of the physical body. As you relax and soak in the practice, the energy body begins to open and release stored tension, discomfort and unresolved emotions. During this practice, Reiki will be lovingly offered to support this process, through gentle hands on techniques.
Kelly Green will guide your Yin practice. Trista Sparks will share her gift of Reiki.
