Sound Therapy Series - Starts Thursday 2 May 7pm

If you are new to sound baths or if you participated in the practice before, join us for our Sound Therapy Series with Robyn to understand the benefits of sound and why so many are loving it and adding it to their wellness routine.

We will use Crystal Bowls that are attuned to the 7 main energy centres in our body (our 7 Chakras) and each week Robyn will guide you to explore a different tone, noticing how it resonates in your body. Robyn will invite you to try yourself, so not only will you learn the science behind this practice, but you will learn how to play the bowls too!

We will finish each session with a relaxing 40 minutes sound bath you leave relaxed and ready for a good night's rest.

Best to join us for the whole series but you can also join us for single sessions.

Each week we will explore a different Chakra:

  • Root Chakra: Red, C Note 
  • Navel Chakra: Orange, D Note
  • Solar Plexus Chakra: Yellow, E Note
  • Heart Chakra: Green, F Note
  • Throat Chakra: Blue, G Note
  • Third Eye Chakra: Indigo, A Note
  • Crown Chakra: Purple, B Note

Cost: 7 weeks Series $175+tax=$201.25 or Single Session $30+tax= $34.50, 10% discount for Unlimited Members

Benefits of Sound Therapy

It promotes relaxation, reduces stress, lowers cortisol levels and promotes a sense of balance and improves overall well-being. It's been noted to improve sleep quality and release endorphins, which are natural painkillers.

Instruments we will use for the Sound Bath:

Crystal Singing Bowls: 7 quartz crystals bowls designed to produce a specific tone for each of the 7 main Chakras. 

Crystal Pyramid: produces a ringing sound which helps balance your energy.

Ocean Drum: creates a soothing sound like the ocean waves

Suggestions:

Keep hydrated! Sound waves travel better through water. When you are well hydrated, you will have a better experience.

Eat light and healthy food. A sound bath becomes more impactful when your stomach is not too full.

Wear warm, comfortable and flexible clothing.
