Prenatal yoga is the best tool to keep a toned body during pregnancy and to prepare body and mind for the birth of your baby.
Join us in person in Studio or online from the confort of your home!
Join us on Wednesdays 5:30 to 6:30pm, 6 weeks program
The program covers:
Asanas (yoga postures) specifically designed for pregnancy, breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises and deep relaxation.
The classes are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy.
If you join us from home please have your yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow or bolster.
