Intro to Yoga

Our fun signature 10 week program is designed for those brand new to yoga or returning to a practice.  We'll cover the fundamentals: breath, postures (asanas) & alignment, modifications, deep relaxation, and meditation sprinkled with a little yogic philosophy for context and to honor this rich tradition.   Pre-register by September 7th.
