
Join Paula for a Boot Camp to get you in shape with an energizing blend of yoga & fitness!
Each week Paula will meet you for live class (in studio or online), and then we will send you the recording so that you can practice at home for the rest of the week, each day, 45 minutes to get you moving!
The Boot Camp will blend cardio, strength training and yoga stretches, giving you a full body workout with a glow that comes with success.
Meet in class to get full guidance from Paula, practice together and get motivated, then practice with the recording each day of the week to keep you on track. We will be together for 6 weeks and each week you will get a new workout focusing on a different part of the body. You can join the live class in Studio or Online, when you sign up for the program, we will send you the Zoom Link to join us from home if you prefer.
Paula is high energy. She will help you succeed with tips and encouragement as well as a few laughs along the way! Join us for this new 6 weeks program and commit to tone, strengthen, and stretch. You will feel energized, with a better sense of mental wellness.
