Join us for this program designed to help calm the mind through gentle movement, breathwork and mindfulness, offering you practical tools to cope with stress both on and off the mat
Learn how to use yoga to soothe the nervous system, release tension and build resilience, and leave each class feeling more grounded in the present moment.
Everyone welcome. This programs requires little to no prior experience in yoga – only a willingness to connect with yourself.
6 Weeks available in Studio and Online. We have 2 options:
>Mondays 10am 23 March to 4 May (No Class Ester Monday)
>Wednesdays 10am - 25 March to 29 April 2026
