Barre Fitness is an upbeat, fabulous, fun and accessibly dancy way to get active in your body. Build balance, core stability, overall strength, breath control and stamina, all while smiling from ear to ear, moving to your favourite tunes.

Barre incorporates elements of Ballet, Basic Dance, Yoga, Resistance Body Weight Exercise, Cardio and Pilates and helps tone your muscles without increasing bulk and it improves your posture. The small isometric muscle movements during Barre build muscle strength without putting a strain on ligaments and tendons making it perfect for everyone.

45 minutes class great for a lunchtime work out.

4 weeks program $53+tax= $60.95. No refund or credit for missed classes. Included in Unlimited membership.
