Moriah began practicing yoga in 2009, and was immediately smitten. Initially, practice was just a fun way to exercise, but then of course, it turned into much more. Through practice she has learned so much and developed a wonderful sense of playfulness, patience, strength, forgiveness, acceptance and discipline. In her classes, you will find all those qualities and more. Through practice Moriah has explored several schools of Hatha Yoga including: Vinyassa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Restorative and Yin. She likes to incorporate her knowledge of Anatomy, the use of props and rad tunes in her classes.
