In this longer format of the popular yoga for runner’s class, students will be taught the basic anatomy of the hips and posterior chain muscles, and how restricted movement in that area can effect their running. Drawing on over 10 years as a massage therapist and 15 as a yoga teacher, Seth will then teach a series of positions/stretches to bring balance to the legs and promote healthy muscle tone. Students will leave with a handout and the knowledge to continue the practice at home.
