Jennifer started yoga when she moved to Banff. Already an avid runner and cyclist, she decided to give yoga a try and quickly learned that yoga was a holistic approach to vitality. During both of her pregnancies, she practiced yoga daily and attributes her strength and stamina during long labors to her yoga practice. After having her first child, she decided to obtain her 200 hour YTT as she was thirsty to learn more about yoga so she could share the benefits with others. Since the birth of her second child she decided to study and certify as a birth doula and focus on training to teach prenatal yoga with Breathing Space. She loves the support, energy, and sacredness that the mothers bring to the room each week. Pregnancy is a time to reflect inwards and nourishing and connecting with breath, proper movement and joy! Join her on Sunday evenings at 6pm an 8 wk session starting September 18th.
