Our 6 week pilates program is designed to leave you feeling long, lean and lifted.
Join certified instructor Lena Murphy for six 45-minute classes developed to tone and target the deep muscles and stabilizers of your core. Classes are suitable for all levels and will consist of a variety of modifiable Pilates and Pilates inspired movements performed to a playlist even hotter than the studio (yes, it will be sweaty)!
