6-Week Long, Lean & Lifted Hot Pilates



Kick off 2018 with our hot new 6-Week Pilates program, designed to leave you feeling long, lean and lifted.  



This January, join certified instructor Lena Murphy for six 45-minute classes developed to tone and target the deep muscles and stabilizers of your core. Classes are suitable for all levels and will consist of a variety of modifiable Pilates and Pilates inspired movements performed to a playlist even hotter than the studio (yes, it will be sweaty)!
