Lindsay

Originally from Cape Breton, Lindsay has studied and worked in holistic movement for over 15 years. 

She is a certified Yoga Teacher, as well as, a certified Pilates Mat/Reformer/barre Instructor. Lindsay is also an Integrated Movement and Yoga Therapist. She has studied, trained and worked in Canada, the Bahamas, South Korea, India, Denmark, Bahrain, Thailand, Bahrain and Morocco.



She teaches creative vinyasa flow, a fluid form of yoga incorporating styles of classic Hatha yoga with invigorating sequences from Jivimukti and Ashtanga yoga. 

Her approach to pilates combines trationional pilates repitore with elements of barre and yoga core work. 

Lindsay believes that "Being true to yourself, desire to become a better version of yourself and dedication are the keys to improve your over all wellbeing and happiness. Fitness, whether it be yoga, pilates, weight training or cardio is important for anyone who wants to become a healthy and whole person as well as to gain mental clarity and physical conditioning."
