Naturally drawn to the spiritual side of the practice. Jackie started meditating while working away to help with stress and depression. Jackie travelled to Bali Indonesia where she completed her 200hr yoga teacher training. She studied Iyengar style yoga, which is a form of Hatha yoga that has an emphasis on body alignment and breath control. Trying to create a safe and present environment for her students so they have the chance to make more space in the body and mind. Yoga became her way to release any negative energy & she craves to be on her mat daily.
