Hannah started her personal yoga practice in 2013 from her dorm room at university as a way to stay open and counter stress. She instantly found what she was looking for and much more. As someone who loves to teach, she was eager to get educated. She completed her training the following year at Rama Lotus Yoga Centre in Ottawa. Always having a passion for movement throughout her dance career, yoga achieved something unique in terms of personal connection. Hannah’s mat has become a place of retreat for her.
