An 8 week yoga program for the nearly novice yogi/yogini who wants to start build on their understanding and repetoire of foundational postures in a fun and supportive small group setting. We'll review the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga including the full yogic breath, posture alignment, bandhas (muscular locks), mental focus and deep relaxation. Upon completion of this workshop, you will have a preliminary understanding of the 40 foundational asanas along with modifications for your own practice. Finish this program feeling confident to drop-in to any of our nourishing classes.
