Restorative yoga is the gateway to deep rest & rejuvination. During this 4 week program, Kelly guides your restorative yoga practice.
Using props, you will fully support your body and free lingering tension, thus initiating the return to the parasympathetic nervous system (where we "rest" and "digest"). With deep relaxation and restoration as the focus, we will allow 10-30 minutes in each posture.
Benefits of consistent practice: decreases anxiety, depression and fatigue, strengthens immune system, fosters self-compassion and more. This practice is also highly beneficial for those healing chronic stress and trauma.
