Samantha Hynes lives in Burton with her family, her passion is to explore all aspects of life through yoga.
For Samantha, yoga is a way to move, stay grounded and release while staying connected to self. It is the relationship built between the body, the breath and the mind.
Samantha's Kapha mind gives her gifts of a great detail, keeps her steady and consistent in her way of thinking, while her Pitta mind allows her the gifts of being intellectual and precise.
During Samantha's 'off the mat' time, she is a employee with the school district, allowing her to share her gift of love with all ages, needs and diversities. Samantha loves to explore with essential oils, enjoys pairing a good book with a delightful tea and spends an abundance of time connecting with nature.
She has completed her Yoga Teacher Training Program and her Yoga in Schools Teacher Training Program through Breathing Space Yoga and has completed many hours of Mindfulness Training through various organizations.
Samantha has goals to further her Yoga Teacher training and takes great pride in her love for learning. She is eager and excited to connect with expecting mothers and baby, as well as deliver an exciting, playful, heartfelt children's yoga class. She has a soft approach, loves to be creative with sequencing and uses a gentle spirit of joyfulness and a sprinkle of inspiration to enhance and deepen the practice.
