Born and raised in Fredericton, Jessica loves practicing yoga in a supportive group setting. She uses easy-to-understand language so you can do it. Jessica also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from UNB with a double major in creative writing and psychology. She incorporates practical psychology into her classes to help students creatively applying the teachings of yoga to real-life situations off the mat and develop coping strategies for everyday life. (Spoiler alert: your breath is always with you!)
If you struggle with making time for exercise and sometimes hate every minute of it, Jessica can relate. She's learned the trick is to keep things FUN and light! She tries to find humour in everything—especially herself. Her dog, Fundy, and her cat, Gremlin, are among her best friends. She's not perfect and she doesn't expect you to be either.
