Enjoy a beginner level class which introduces you to the many benefits that yoga has to offer! This program will gently guide you through basic yoga postures to learn alignment, light meditation and relation techniques. A great foundation to a new yoga practice. Good for beginners and anyone who wants to learn the correct way to get into yoga poses as well as explore the origins of yoga and the ancient language of sanscrit.
